I know you are trying to make the photo look old and faded, and you did a good job at it. The sepia-yellow coloring really makes the photo look vintage. However, the white spots in the sky and even with the wave at the bottom of the picture are a little distracting from your subject, the bridge. You don't have to darken them a lot, I would have just used the "burn" tool in a photo editing program to tone them down a bit. I noticed you used a wide depth of field, meaning everything is in focus. Which is not a bad thing, but to make the picture a little more interesting, and again, to bring more focus to the bridge I would crop the bottom of the picture about an inch (just below the two short cement pillars at right hand corner of the picture). I think that would benefit your composition a lot. You have a nice angle. I love the way I can see the bridge's little arch in the left side of the photo.
